I treat my clients with the utmost respect whether they are a $100,000 client or a Million dollar client. We work all price points from $200,000 and up. Our listing services include staging, professional photograpy and video. We have an aggressive marketing program.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have an initial face to face meeting to talk about the process and to find out more about the client. Their wants, their needs, their timeline, etc.
For a listing, I go through the home with the owners, talk about what they should do (or sometimes, not do) to get their house sale ready. We discuss staging and marketing strategies. We discuss pricing stategies and timeline planning.
For a buyer, we talk about locations, wants, needs, wish list and the the process.
