How did you get started in this business?
I started in the mortgage industry in 2004. My passion for real estate and helping people lead me to real estate sales.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with: First time home buyers, who are now in their second or third home. Buyers who did not have a good experience with a different agent and came to me from a referral. Sellers who needed to sell their property for top dollar or in a quick time frame. Investors locally and internationally.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Due to my experience and aggressive negotiating, I was able to help craft an attractive offer for a buyer that beat out 3 other offers. This offer wasn’t the highest price out of all the offers.
Another client turned to me to sell their property. I was able to help them sell off market within 7 days to a cash buyer. We have a large database of buyers and sellers in waiting.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don’t go with an agent based on your relationship with them. Always go with what is best for you. Ask the agent questions to help you determine if you should hire them. See next section.
