Our Processes: 

Our process to meet the clients’ goals is an intricate combination of creativity and efficient strategy. Once we gathered detailed "inventory" of the client's unique style, wishes and requirements,  we  start  to develop a Strong Concept of what space’s function and overall mood should be. Farther, the design is built upon and inspired by the client’s ultimate intentions, requirements,  needs, and desires. We embrace all styles while striving to create each space to be unique and true to its inherent potential and the owner’s personality. Decisions are not based on stereotypes and preconceived ideas, yet each project emerges to fit client's ways of life and/or work in the given space. We are strong advocates of ongoing dialog and multidisciplinary approach, careful consideration of client's budget and schedule; hence, our designs are not the objects of designer’s self-expression, yet truly formulated to satisfy the client’s needs by finding a creative solution to a given problem. In essence: We believe in a dialogue on three levels: 1) client- the dialogue between the client is on-going and customer-focused that provides for a co-created design 2) contractors- dialogue with contractors have proven success 3) design- combine the historical background with contemporary insights for a genuinely excellent and functional design. We believe in Intelligent design, ergonomic harmony, creative collaboration. 

Nadia Galushko is the CEO of Struktura as well as a creator,  planner,  organizer,  inspirer, and mediator.

Nadia was born and raised in Moscow, Russia and has been in USA since 1991. She has achieved a Master’s degree in Interior Design & Architecture  from the Corcoran College of Art and Design, Washington, D.C., a true leader in Interior Design education. She also successfully completed the History of Modern Design MA Program at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, United Kingdom. Nadia strives to live with passion for excellence and to be true to herself and others. Since 2010, collaborating with exceptional talents in various areas of construction, Nadia had been involved in Design and Construction projects in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC and, surrounding area as well as in other parts of the world.

 Fee can vary, depending on the location and scope of the work. Too many factors involved to give specifics. Sometimes on an hourly basis and purchasing of furnishings specified. at times, hourly fees are collected if the project requires space planning only. Sometimes a client wants to negotiate a set fee. Each customer is treated individually.

For a large scale projects, we propose a monthly flat rate fee based on the overall budget, not to exceed an estimated time frame to complete construction, architecture and design. to maintain the integgrity of the desing Concept, the fee is calculated by SF, these every detail to be developed is covered by this fee. 

Art and Architecture had been a pasison since childhood. Starting the business after sussessful competion of educaiton was a natural progression to live, create, share. 

We create Spaces for Residential and Commercial Clients.
