Each project begins with a thorough on-site assessment by a drainage expert with over 20 years of experience, reviewing roof runoff, gutters, downspouts, site grading, and soil conditions; water testing is conducted when needed. Clients receive a diagram and a written, detailed estimate. The initial consultation is $80 ($60 for Angie's List members) and is credited toward the job if the work proceeds.

Services address wet basements, wet yards, wet stairwells and window wells, damp walls and garage floors, crack injections, erosion and stormwater runoff control, corrective grading, oversized gutters and downspouts, buried drain lines, French drains, dry creek beds, yard drains, channel drains, driveway drains, sump pumps with battery backup, retaining walls, egress window wells, and related landscaping. The company performs interior and exterior waterproofing but prioritizes keeping water away from the foundation. It does not recommend pop-up emitters on drain lines or gutter helmets due to clogging and maintenance concerns. No high-pressure sales.
