We are a high end architecturl firm specializing in new homes and substantial additions (budgets in excess of $500k). We have experience with historic properties and prefer to work on additions to homes originally constructed prior to 1940.

Ask client for wish list and images of homes that appeal to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Harvard educated, top of architecture class. Also have degrees in mathematics and civil engineering. Taught at University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Hourly rate of $200/hr Principal, $120/hr for Associates. Estimated cost prior to construction is 15% of the cost of the construction.
