What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very easy! Once we've gotten to know each other, we will review your inventory and build the estimate.
If you reside 100 miles from our home base, we request that you fill out an inventory sheet to begin the process and we can schedule an in-home visual visit to confirm our numbers.
Once we have your pertinent moving information, we will provide you with an estimate and discuss what will be necessary to earn your business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers and moving consultants are certified by AMSA. Every month we have a Safe Driving Fitness Program. We also have daily meetings on safety and quality control.
