Our team of real estate professionals focus on what they do best to provide our clients the best services possible. The AllStar Team is comprised of licensees who have been licensed over 20 years to a brand new licensee. Two of the members hold Brokers' licenses in WV and one is licensed in the 3 surrounding states of MD, VA, and PA. We are members of the Top Producer's Club Hall of Fame for sales volume and have earned awards through RE/MAX and Keller Williams for sales achievements at those franchised offices. We are all full time Realtors who cover the Eastern Panhandle of WV - Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan Counties. Our goals is to assist our clients to get to the closing table as quickly and as smoothly as possible. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do Buyer interviews prior to showing property. These can be done over the phone if necessary.
For sellers I also do a pre-listing appointment interview, usually on the phone, to help me conduct a CMA for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the following designations: ABR, GRI, SFR, cRFA. Plus 20 years of continuing education courses, attending NAR and Franchise annual conventions and training sessions. I am a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Berkeley Program.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked in the real estate marketing field prior to my licensure - print and internet website marketing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The agent or team who is most recognized through billboards, newspaper advertising, etc. is not always the agent who has the time to give personal service. Interview at least 3 different Realtors to see who is the best fit for you. Tell them what your expectations are - what services do you expect them to provide.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is your goal is selling or buying a home? What is your time frame? What price do you have in mind as a selling price for your home? Or, if you are buying, what is your budget? Keep in mind that the real estate market changes everyday - if you have owned your current home for several years or if it has been several years since you've last looked into buying, many things about the process have most likely changed. Listen to your Realtor and ask lots of questions.
