What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to help people. In order to help you, I need to get to know you, your needs, your lifestyle, your expectations, the style of home you are looking for, the area you are looking in and your budget. Initial consultations can be in person, over the phone. I am available through email and text as well if that is better for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seen real estate through the eye's of a first time home buyer, a seller, an investor, a landlord, a tenant and an agent. I'll bring my experience, knowledge of the area, communication & negotiation skills plus a broad network of contractors and resources to the table to help get the job done for you.
