Making contact ASAP, finding out their situation and referring to a loan officer if needed for pre approval then searching for homes in desired areas and noting their wants and needs

I am a full time Realtor, licensed and insured in MD, I have also completed an extensive course RENE and C-Rets for negotiations, this course includes, CRB, SRS aswell.
