What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get job information location and length of service along with description with what needs to be disposed. Proper paperwork and pricing information is forwarded to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received several years of management training along with over 30 years of hands on experience in the solid waste industry. During this time I also received recognition for performing my task in a safe manner which I’ve received Safe Driver award prior to starting my own business.

I prefer the customer to call depending on what they need, we can price accordingly.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out working for my family owned trash company as a teenager.
When I started on my own. I purchased a small subscription house route that was for sale.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of items their getting rid of so they can get the correct service they need.
if they need a dumpster. Check to make sure the area is clear and long enough to drop a can. Rolloff cans check for over head wires, that the surface can hold a container.
