Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get a feel for how much space our customer needs then we go over various size units that we think may suit their needs. Once we zero in on a unit or two that we believe will work the client will typically look at the unit to confirm it is an adequate amount of space.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in business management and I am also a certified self storage manager through the Self Storage Association (SSA).
