She listened to us about our needs and wants and gently guided us to the home that was best for us. She was also very patient with us. It took a long time and she was always positive and supportive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Searching for properties

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Negotiating a sale - negotiating the price is just the beginning.

SRES working with Seniors.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Did you know that in most circumstances these days, the Seller pays the Buyer's realtor at settlement? There is no cost to you to be represented in the transaction.

How did you get started in this business?

I loved looking at model homes and after my children were almost out of the house, I went and received my real estate license.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with Investors, first-time homeowners, seniors transitioning, moving up families, and vacation investments.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would say to meet with them to get to know them. You will be working to buy one of the highest investments and you want to make sure that they will think in the best interest for you. Not what they want.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Driving distance from work and preferred schools

Number of bedrooms and baths

Size of yard they will be able to maintain

3 things they definitely want in a house

If they need to sell a house, are they willing to put in money for repairs? Budget
