Now expanding to the Eastern Shore in Ocean City MD where she has owned investment properties. Cheryl maintains an active lifestyle playing tennis, meeting with her cooking club, and biking on trails. She supports Lab Rescue, Believe in Tomorrow, and Alzheimer's Assoc charities is the past Co-President of Women Investors of Real Estate (WIRE). Currently Treasurer of her primary home condo association and MSRN, MD Senior Resource Network. Mother of 3 successful grown children and 4 grandchildren, she was raised in New Carrollton, MD but has lived in the Baltimore area for almost 40 years. Currently resides in Lutherville.

How did you get started in this business?
I loved looking at model homes and after my children were almost out of the house, I went and received my real estate license.

I have worked with Investors, first-time homeowners, seniors transitioning, moving up families, and vacation investments.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say to meet with them to get to know them. You will be working to buy one of the highest investments and you want to make sure that they will think in the best interest for you. Not what they want.
