What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a client either virtually or in person to listen and learn about what they want to accomplish with a new design or renovation. I ask alot of questions and do a good job of listening. The first meeting is always complimentary. Then I follow up with some basic ideas with the client and then if we decide to move forward a contract is signed and we move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior Design and an additional degree in Interior Architecture. I have been working in the industry my whole adult life on both coasts of the US and both coasts of Canada. I have an international reputation for providing clients what they need according to their budgets. I never stop learning.
