I have to change my rating of Jeff to 2 stars. His installation of my sump pump wasn't done neatly and properly. The pipe that was attached was crooked and when I attempted to straighten it, it came undone. The sump pump began running and water went everywhere.
He did arrive on time and was very pleasant.
