What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All orders are done via phone or email. Information like contact person name, phone number, delivery address and payment info are taken. We deliver the requested size dumpster. The customer has an allotted time to fill with their debris and we return to pick up.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have delivered dumpsters for over 15 years so we have some experience on what can and can not be done.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Standard pricing is as follows 10 yd $340 with 1 ton 15 yd $405 with 1.5 tons 20 yd $460 with 2 tons 30 yd $530 with 3 tons Unique situations or suggested changes can be made via phone or email.

How did you get started in this business?

After the 2008 recession Kenny lost his job working in construction. Having delivered dumpsters during that time he thought "Hey there is always trash" and wanted to work for himself. Taking the last bit of savings he bought a hook lift truck and started subbing work from other companies until he was able to buy dumpsters for himself. Once he acquired a few small dumpsters and started developing his own clientele Kenny's Cans started to grow. Now 15+ yrs later 85% is from repeat customers or referrals.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

In 2018 We had the privliege of providing dumpsters for the construction of the Amazon distrubution center in Edgemere.

We also have provided dumpsters for the last 4 years for a community clean up day in a Harford county community.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

When pricing different companies ask about additional fees. Also be honest with what material is being put into the dumpster. Companies may be able to suggest a better size that would better suit your needs.

What all will go into the dumpster?
Where will I place the dumpster when it is delivered?
What is allowed to be placed/disposed of in the dumpster?
How long will I need the dumpster for?
