About this pro

To simply put it I offer a service that is very difficult to find elsewhere I provide holistic dog grooming as well as holistic pet sittingtting and boarding. The reason I'm able to offer this is because I pamper your dogs right out of my own townhome. Your pet will not be crated at any time and I have a glorious fenced-in backyard that they can potty in safely. One of the other reasons that I am unique is when you go with a holistic experience your pet will not be put through any stress therefore when they leave they leave happy and healthy and eager to come back again. All my products are safe and natural I even incorporate essential oils. and since I work for myself I have the luxury of not having to overlap any of my clients meaning your dog gets 100% of my attention I am not grooming any other pets at the same time which is very common at grooming salons and kennels.I do specialize in elderly dogs as well as dogs with special needs.

I enjoy every aspect of pet styling and pet grooming, My favorite part is that I choose to groom dogs I don't have to. not only do I get to meet amazing dogs of all shapes and sizes with different personalities but I also get to meet their amazing owners as well. I have made a lot of friends during the course of pursuing this career and I have learned a great deal about the dog industry and the dog world. I love the fact that I work for myself now and I call the shots it makes things very pleasant for me and the puppies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When meeting a new client in the dog grooming world it can be anything but typical every client and their pet are different from the last they have different requirements and different expectations. I like to start out by getting as much information about the pet as possible and also getting information about the clients availability as well as their financial expectations. I will then provide them and explain the services that I offer, I then like to discuss what their needs are as far as their pet is concerned and what they are looking for in a haircut.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I became a professional pet stylist over 13 years ago I received my training through the PetSmart grooming academy. Over the course of the last decade I've had the opportunity to work with showgroomers as well as various groomers that specialize in different areas. My last position that I held was the grooming salon manager at Best Friends Furever in Joppa Maryland. I have since moved on and started my own business working out of my town home. I am training certified in pet CPR and first aid. not only do I have tons of experience but I believe you will be blown away by the way I have a revolutionized dog grooming.
