What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do require a Meet and Greet before committing to watch your dog. I have 3 very friendly Golden Retrievers and multiple cats and they need to all get along.
Please don't wait until the day before your vacation to come for a Meet and Greet because if they don't get along, I will need to decline watching your dog and that won't leave you time to get another sitter.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with therapy dogs since 2003.
