What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting will consist of discussing the project in detail and offering suggestions. A budget is discussed and then we set out to develop a quote based on our visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully licensed by the state of Maryland as a home improvement contractor which is required by state law. Maryland Home Improvement Commission requires bonding and a state exam along with great credit score and no crimimal record. Our license number is 20162 and have been in business for 37 years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ensure that they are fully MHIC licensed, discuss in great detail your project and be sure to ask questions about the process.
