I have one of the best jobs on the planet. I get to make people's dreams come true. I spend a lot of time early in the design process listening to the wants, needs, hopes and dreams my clients have for their home. I ask a lot of questions. Then I ask follow-up questions until I truly understand. If I understand what a client wants then they will get one level of service, but, if I understand WHY they want what they want then the service becomes infinitely better.
