What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish an initial meeting. Which allows us to discuss the project, budgets objectives and overall desires for the completed project. We then prepare a written proposal, which includes design fees, permits, and the cost of construction. Once the client signs A contract with us the design process starts, upon client approval of the design, permits will be filed for, and construction will begin
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am second generation contractor I've been in the real estate development home-improvement business for the last 28 years. Also PhD candidate and organization development.
