What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would get full name address phone and email. I will then try to get a square footage of the property and the lawn size from my measurement tool via satellite, And I will set up a time to meet with the customer in person for installation jobs, and more labor intensive jobs such as cleanups for leaf cover etc..., and for mulch, gravel, loam jobs, renovations etc...
we are very detailed and walk the customer through the entire process every step of the way. From start to finish whether it's a one visit job or full service multi step program/visit job. We communicate with our customers thoroughly to ensure smooth process, and customer satisfaction.
