We typically enjoy a brief phone call with prospective clients to discuss their wants and needs, followed up by an in person meeting to get to know each other a little better.

How did you get started in this business?
Helen got started in this business after a not so pleasant experience. She felt clients should be provided with a more personal experience , that includes educating the client, assuring they understand each and every step of a purchase or sale and are comfortable in the decision making process. Buying or selling real estate is most often the largest transaction people take part in. It is important to feel represented and that you are working with an eductaed professional that is on your side !
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with clients of all ages and phases of life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One recent event we are most proud of, is representing two adult children of a life long friend. We assisted the daughte rof a friend in purchasing her first home and less than a month later, worked with her younger brother on the purchase of his first home ! We 'emptied the nest' of a dear friend and held her hand during the process !
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In our opinion, you are best served with a full time Real Estate professional. Experience matters ! Your ideal agent should have significant experience in serving both buyer and seller clients. Our markets move at a quick pace, so an active experienced agent is your best choice.
