When buying a home I like to meet with the buyer in my office for a buyer consultation. At the consultation we will discuss the needs and wants of the clients and start reviewing communities and properties that may suit their needs.
At that time the clients will get an overview of the process and I can identify where they can use some help.
We will identify some homse to visit and start the process of searching for homes.
From there I manage the process of shoings, submitting offers and managing the closing all to my clients beneft.
