What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I try and do with a new customer is to find a common ground to build from. When a customer is comfortable with you, I found that they are more inclined to express what they really want to acheive with there project. At that point I am able to see what it is and help them more efficiently. Trust is a big part of the project, If you cant build a rapport with a customer or contractor, Then the project is just a transaction
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Ma CSL construction supervisors license. I am registard as a Home Improvement contractor (HIC).
My skills range from the most basic of carpentry, to full building construction. I have done commercail construction projects, basic to high end bath and kitchen remodels. Roofing to Decks. I am certain that what ever your needs are I am more than able to assist you with them.

How did you get started in this business?
I decided long ago that I was not going to college to sit behind a desk. I found my skills and passion lie in my hands. What better way than to build something you can be proud of
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all walks of life, I have worked with angry people in the middle of divorces prepping there house for sale, I have worked with Doctors with no budget, I have worked with struggling families trying to get 1 more year out of there roof. I dont have a favorite type of customer, But I do prefer Happy over angry any day
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have many recent events that I am fond of. What makes me happy is when I am able to help someone in need.
I get alot of enjoyment when I am able to solve problems with the best possible result
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone with Passion. Stay away from the good ole boys club, Go with your gut. Have a conversation with the "Pro". That will tell you alot about who they are.
Just because they advertise all the time DOES not make them better, it makes them more exspensive. They sub out most of the work to smaller people.
Look for someone that is small (not new), they depend on you for there advertising and is only as good as you describe them

Have a plan of what you want and need.
