I will negotiate the best possible price and terms for my clients. My buyers pay an average of 4% below the list price and my sellers get the price and terms that are the most favorable for them. My sellers are NOT encouraged to list at a “bargain basement” price to make a quick sale. Your house is FOR SALE not ON SALE.
