What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Training begins with a 60-minute intake session where we discuss the client's goals, provide immediate relief for the problem being experienced and create a training plan and schedule.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started after adopting my own dog who had many behavior issues. The more I learned and was able to help him succeed, the more I wanted to help other people have a positive experience of their adopted dog.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable with your dog trainer. You want a trainer that is as good working with people as with dogs and who won't judge the situtaion you are in.
