    Toni was so kind and patient with my dogs! My dogs can get a little anxious at the groomer and nip when they are scared. One of my dogs even had to be muzzled at other grooming places. Toni had no trouble and even talked about how sweet they were with her! I know this is because she was patient and took the time to make them feel comfortable. They were even giving her kisses when I tried to take them home! And of course, their cuts looked great. I highly recommend her!

FAQs


What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I discuss what they are looking for in terms of a groom and cut style.  I also ask about any dog related issues - open cuts/wounds, on-going medical, behavorial, axiety, nervousness, etc.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certification, lots of friends dogs for hands-on practice, worked at a corporate store then my own business.


How did you get started in this business?

Just a love of dogs and wanting to give them a comfortable, fun experience.


What types of customers have you worked with?

My clients range from puppy owners to seniors and my dogs range in age from puppy to 16 yrs.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Talk to the groomer and if you feel comfortable with them - your dog will too.
