Karma DG provides tip to tail service that includes ears, teeth, nails, sanitary clean-up, pad shaving, bath with shampoo/conditioner and cut/no cut. My goal is always to return your dog to you happy, clean, and a new friend of mine. Karma serves the North Shore including Salem, Beverly, Peabody, Danvers, Winthrop, Woburn and other surrounding cities, we offer pick-up/drop-off and House Call service (no mobile van services currently). What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss what they are looking for in terms of a groom and cut style. I also ask about any dog related issues - open cuts/wounds, on-going medical, behavorial, axiety, nervousness, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification, lots of friends dogs for hands-on practice, worked at a corporate store then my own business.
How did you get started in this business?
Just a love of dogs and wanting to give them a comfortable, fun experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients range from puppy owners to seniors and my dogs range in age from puppy to 16 yrs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to the groomer and if you feel comfortable with them - your dog will too.
