Buyers don't pay me anything, as the commissions are paid by sellers...which can vary based on location and price point of the home!

I've been personally and professionally invested in Real Estate for over 14 years, and am constantly learning and sharpening my knowledge base.

Buyers and sellers of all types of residential property, as well as certain commercial properties
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Anytime I can make a call/personally inform a buyer client and tell them "your offer has been accepted!" It's a tough market out there for them, so it feels great every time!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Are they preapproved to buy a home? What's their current living situation and how will it affect their buying decision (i.e. renting/owning)? Are they working with any agent exclusively?
