I got into real estate in 2003 at the urging of my brother John, a real estate attorney, when I helped him to move his practice into a new space. Since I already had a background in marketing and sales and I enjoy working with people, it was a great idea!

I had found my true calling: helping people through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, to buy or sell a home. Now, 17 years later, my broker, Sam Schneiderman and I are still working together as Greater Boston Home Team.

There is NEVER a conflict of interest when working with us - we are a single agency. That means everyone in our office only represents one side in the transaction, either the seller or the buyer, not working both sides. With over 48 years of combined real estate experience, we give our clients concierge-level personal service for their real estate needs, whether that is buying, selling, or investing in property.

My specialties are helping seniors downsizing/relocating, guiding first time homebuyers, and finding and selling investment properties and development projects for my investor clients.

I love to check in with my clients after a transaction to see how they are doing, ask if they need contractor referrals, and to continue our friendship.

During COVID, we start with an initial phone call to discuss the client's real estate goals and timelines. No obligation to sign a contract, just a casual conversation about how I can possibly help them with their real estate needs.

Once we agree to work together, then we meet in person to focus on their buying, selling or investing criteria and discuss what the market is doing in their area, and sign paperwork so I cann officially get started to help them.

I have been a licensed real estate agent in MA for 17 years and take continuing education courses to stay current with the ever changing rules and regulations and best practices of the real estate business. For investing, I am a member of Fortune Builders and Rich Dad, and participate in several local REIAs (real estate investor associations) as the investor friendly agent. Now I have a nationwide network of educated and experienced real estate investors and real estate agents to share referrals and opportunities.
