Milestones Realty was created in 2009 and exists to focus on working with the Elder population and specializes in selling the family home in "As-Is" condition. We are Fiduciaries, meaning we will only represent ONE side to a transaction either seller or buyer, but not both. Deep experience with Conservatorships, Guardianships, Probate, Petition to Partition cases and working with Elder Law Attorneys.
The satisfaction of assisting the Home Owner through a most vulnerable and tricky scenario. While most agents choose to ignore or worse take advantage of the Elder population, I feel a personal responsibility and believe EVERYONE deserves good representation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Initial interview to discover Home Owner expectations and determine if we are a good fit.
2) Site visit(s) with home owner to establish common language, learn history & document features/condition of the property.
3) Comparable Marketing Analysis (CMA) along with pricing suggestion is crafted at no charge. If Home Owner is agreeable, we move on to:
4) Client reviews Listing Agreement details & timeline is defined.
5) Photography of property is coordinated.
6) Client signs Listing Agreement Contract.
7) Listing is published on MLS along with offer deadline.
8) Public showings commence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Milestones Realty agents are proud SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designees as recognized by the National Association of Realtors.
We are well versed in the difficulties and vagaries our Elder population faces when needing to sell the family home. We treat our clients with the utmost respect and always place their best interest before ours.
If fact, I started Milestones in 2009 with the help of an Elder Law Attorney to make certain we did things the "right way."

There are no "standard fees" in Real Estate, however I believe consumer education is part of our job: Consultations and CMAs are complimentary.
