What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As with any working relationship, the primary goal and first step is to sit down and discuss our mutual goals. Once we understand what the goals are, then I can review the entire process with my client in order to educate them on the steps that we'll be taking together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Residental Real Estate Sales Agent licensed to practice in MA. I'm also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
