Communicate by phone or email. Meet for a needs analysis to determine client objectives, then intensive focus on their needs to obtain their objective in the shortest time possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a strong believer in training, I regularly attend trainings offered by my company and trade associations. I network throughout the country and collaborate on best practices. I have appeared as a panelist in offices around the country. I mentor, teach and coach many newer agents. Further, I attend national meetings and conventions to stay on top of both trends and technology.

In almost every case, my professional services and expertise for buyers are at no cost to them.
For sellers, I charge a percentage of the sale price, which can vary based on the level of services provided. It is not about the commission, it is about obtain the most money possible for my seller clients.
