What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every interaction is different and completely arranged around the client's availability and lifestyle. We are tech savvy, so call, text, skype, facetime... whatever works for the client.

BA in Environmental Design

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview them like it's a job interview. Ask them what their opinion is on your situation and make sure their vision aligns with yours ... and if you feel uncomfortable leaving them for 5 minutes with your children... then walk away :)
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should always speak to a loan officer first to make sure their budget is on target.
