Lisa Paquet Real Esate Agent
About
I'm dedicated to the smallest detail in each purchase and sale with my clients. I enjoy my job and am very proud to work with such an amazing broker. I believe I have an advantage over most other agents because I have a network that offers the very best tools and support that my clients and I need.
I'm experienced with listing properties, helping buyers find their new home or investment and I have also worked with many landlords and renters.
I really take pride in the homes I list for sale. I love helping the seller navigate the process successfully. I also enjoy finding the perfect property for my buyers and guiding them through the sale.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find an agent that has experience and a good agency to back them up. I also think it's important that you find an agent that will respond promptly to any questions or concerns you may have.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is their ultimate goal and is that goal backed by facts. If you're selling your property then you want to pick someone that knows your area.
If you are looking to buy, know what you can afford and where you want to buy.
