About this pro

I'm dedicated to the smallest detail in each purchase and sale with my clients. I enjoy my job and am very proud to work with such an amazing broker. I believe I have an advantage over most other agents because I have a network that offers the very best tools and support that my clients and I need.

I'm experienced with listing properties, helping buyers find their new home or investment and I have also worked with many landlords and renters.

I really take pride in the homes I list for sale. I love helping the seller navigate the process successfully. I also enjoy finding the perfect property for my buyers and guiding them through the sale.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I gather and review pertinent information with the client via email, text or phone. We meet and go over the findings and either go out and view the properties or I meet at their home and make arragements to list and sell their property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Broad but intensive training to become an agent and then monthly training on all aspects of my job.

* Listing Homes

* Landlord and Tenant Laws

* Representing Buyers

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with sellers who have moved out of the area and want to sell their former homes. I have an online platform that makes it possible to send and sign documents to faciliate working with absent sellers and buyers.

I have worked with investors looking to purchase properties to rent long and short term.

I have worked with landlords looking to rent apartments.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I was very happy to sell a home that was vacant and needed a good amount of repair. It was really satisfying to know that I had helped in a difficult sale. Both sides were very pleased with the service.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Find an agent that has experience and a good agency to back them up. I also think it's important that you find an agent that will respond promptly to any questions or concerns you may have.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What is their ultimate goal and is that goal backed by facts. If you're selling your property then you want to pick someone that knows your area.

If you are looking to buy, know what you can afford and where you want to buy.

Does the agent know the area?
