Nina Sable is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Woman's Council of Realtors. She has completed the certification for Senior Real Estate Specialist. This designation is awarded to real estate professionals by the National Association of Realtors SRES council. Specializing in Distressed homes. Other specialties include town special permitting, Sellers agency, buyers agency, commercial properties which include, but not limited to gas stations, etc. Nina is an experienced Sellers agent and works tirelessly to help Sellers maximize the value of their home sales. She is also an experienced buyers agent help home seekers become homeowners by negotiating strong offers for the sale of their homes.
Prior to becoming a realtor Nina Sable worked as a Senior Care professional for the Federally funded Long Term Care Ombudsman Program. In this capacity she worked as the Assistant Director of the program for 41/2 years and as a volunteer for 10 years. She also worked as the director, of the federally funded family caregiver program. Raised in Port Washington, New York. Introduced to real estate early, by her father a commercial shopping center developer and grandfather a local investor of real estate properties. Nina is a graduate of the school of education at Boston University, and holds a bachelor's of science. Nina's Community service has extended to the lives of her husband and four children, as a girl scout leader and sport concession volunteer and as an ambassador for the local chamber of commerce and also a walk team captain for the Alzheimer's walk.

How did you get started in this business?
Prior to real estate, I worked in the senior care industry helping families navigate complex senior care issues. My job has helped me build strong relationships with these business partners and develop strong negotiating skills. I am a strong problem solver which is help full during most real estate sales.
