The owner and staff are awesome!! We had never gone to a place like this to wash our dogs - we always wash our dogs at home. They were great and not only explained what to do but showed us and helped every step of the way. They truly love dogs and it is obvious from the way they interact with dogs and their humans. Now I will only wash my babies here.

Phone call and intake information about history of pet and then meet and greet for boarding . Grooming we set up appt. and groom to their specifications keeping in mind any issues the pet may have .
