RK Junk Removal
About
My partner and I are entrepreneurial-minded recent college grads that strive to get an "A" at everything we do. We are motivated, careful, and personable, and we're able to lift just about anything you need to get rid of, and at a reasonable rate.
We have mainly been performing cleanouts for our friends and family, as well as receiving opportunities through word-of-mouth marketing, and when we realized that we had a natural talent at helping others, we decided to make ourselves open to the public.
We have experience working in the Recycling Industry as well as in Real Estate, and we are here to cater to your needs.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask a few basic questions to get a feel for both the magnitude of the job as well as the type of junk/materials we will be removing. These questions help us determine whether or not we would need to outsource for more help such as hiring a dumpster service.
Once we quickly assess the job and what it will require, we will come up with a reasonable quote that is agreeable to both parties. Once that is established, we will then communicate clearly with the customer so that he/she knows precisely when we will be arriving and what to expect from us. We are extremely easy to work with, and we pride ourselves on doing excellent work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in the Recycling Industry as well as in Real Estate, so we are familiar with a plethora of materials and how to dispose of them properly.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on the types of appliances and materials, our prices will vary, but they will never be unreasonable. We like to be transparent about how much things will cost us, and we go from there.
We are quite reasonable, and we are willing to negotiate on just about anything!
How did you get started in this business?
With a background in Recycling Services and Real Estate Management, and after somewhat recently graduating college, my partner and I decided to put our strength and problem-solving skills to good use!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We started out by working with mostly friends and family, and when we realized how happy our customers were with our work, we knew we had a special service to offer, with a personal touch.
From there, we received more jobs through word of mouth marketing, and we began advertising our services on web-based platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. We have worked with a variety of different customers with various removal needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choose us, and you won't regret it!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is there any other unnecessary "clutter" in my home that is taking up potentially useful space? Do I really need it?
Is there anything Hazardous that I should warn someone about?
