Tony was very accommodating and efficient. We easily scheduled a time for him to come take a look at our home. He gave us his honest recommendation and sent a quote for the mini-split installation the same evening. When we changed our mind and asked if we could go with a different brand a couple of days later, we had a new quote ready that same evening again. Less than two weeks later our new heating system was in place, just in time for the first fall temperature drop. Highly recommend!

My furnace just died--in the middle of a New England winter. I started calling firms for competitive estimates. Frontier came out the same day that I called them and shortly provided me with estimates for several different options. They were one of the lowest cost bidders.
In the middle of this whole process--my water heater died as well. Tony handled my hysteria very well. He was both professional, reassuring, and kind.
When Tony said hed be here--he was here. He returned all of my calls and texts within the same day--sometimes within the same hour. The financial arrangements were a little complex--but he was very laid back about all of it

Both the gas furnace and the water heater were installed on the same day--seven days after the furnace initially died.
I hired Frontier Air for the job because of their competitive price, the promptness of their response to any question I had or request that I made and my gut feeling that Tony was a decent and reliable guy who wasnt going to screw me over. Ive hired dozens of contractors in my 69 years. Frontier Air stands out as one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a contractor.
