I have a life long passion for design and have mentally rearranged the furniture in people's homes since I was about eight years old! it truly comes naturally to me. That being said, my goal is to give my clients what they want with me not being afraid to nudge them in a direction that they may have not considered, but that I have confidence will make their room(s) shine.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I feel that the initial meeting with a prospective client is the key to any design company's success in delivering the clients desires, on time and on budget.
Nobody likes cost over runs or late deliveries and we strive to keep these to a bare minimum by overseeing each step of the process on a daily basis.
The result of this hands on approach is a project of which both the client and designer can be proud.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Beware the company that quotes a price for a project before seeing the space to be revamped or before having an information gathering meeting with you. Nine times out of ten, that original price quote will be just what it is, an inaccurate stab in the dark to get in the door.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is helpful for the client to know their budget. This should be an accurate and reasonable amount to cover all expenses, including the unforeseen ones, like the occasional needed express delivery.
