What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first meet with the client in person and discuss their project. Next, I send them a proposal outlining the cost for drawings and timeline for completion. Once approved, I can start the design process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BA in Architecture from Auburn University and am a licensed architect in MA and RI.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies from $5-10 per square foot, 5-10% of construction budget, and/or $100 per hour.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked at a couple firms in the Boston area until I was licensed and started my own business once I felt comfortable and capable.

All types of customers from various backgrounds economically.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I am currently working on a little house project that is can be customized to fit within a few different styles and be affordable for new home buyers and retired senior citizens.

Find someone you trust and are comfortable with.

Think about budget and do some research before you jump into a fully designed home.
