We schedule an initial meeting. No charge, no obligation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor In Architecture Degree.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no standard pricing system. Services and fee are geared to each project according to client needs.
How did you get started in this business?
I had a passion for art and design from a very young age which drove me to follow architecture.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of clients. From homeowners, corporations, medical facilities, religious groups, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love the aviation industry. Wherever there is an air show is where I would love to be.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I strongly suggest they talk to the city building official before they do anything. It could save them a world of trouble.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
There are two issues I face when I get a call. Zoning Issues and Building Code Issues. Clients have bought a building and we find out they cannot do the work they planned. That is why I would talk to the building official first.
