I have a good track record of getting bidding wars for my seller clients and scoring deals for my buyer clients properties for lower than the asking price. I work hard at perfecting my negotiating and truly put 100% into my work. 

Well of course I love seeing clients when they find "the one". It is so exciting! I love the relationships I make with my clients. When clients become friends, that is just the best! I enjoy putting together deals and making it all come together with the different vendors and professionals that are involved in a transaction. I love being out in the neighborhoods and houses every day and talking Real Estate!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually set up a time to meet or talk on the phone for about 15-30 mins to answer any questions that the customer/client has about purchasing or selling Real Estate. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am licensed in MA and NH so to keep up with licensing, I am always attending Continuing Education classes to keep up to date on the ever changing laws and regulations in both states. In addition to that, I take advantage of the various training that my brokerage offers either online or in live classes. 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Typically, all fees and commissions are negotiable. I always explain everything up front so there aren't any surprises. Buyers do not pay to engage the services of a buyer's agent. Buyer's agents get paid a portion of the total commission that the seller pays when the deal closes. 

How did you get started in this business?

I always had a love for Real Estate from a very young age. I watched my parents buy and sell multiple properties, and they made some great investments over the years. I always dreamed of being my own boss and serving clients, and I always enjoyed helping people, but I didn't actually make the jump into Real Estate until I started buying and selling my own houses. That was when I really decided this was my passion. I LOVE what I do. 

What types of customers have you worked with?

First time buyers, investors, flippers, distressed homeowners, luxury buyers. I will work with anyone. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Recently we took our boys skiing for the first time on a real mountain and it was awesome! I just love how skiing is a family activity that we can all do together and be outside in nature enjoying life! 

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure you hire someone that you can trust and like, and someone that listens (REALLY LISTENS!) to your wants and needs. Make sure the person is busy and isn't dependent on any one deal.
