We are liscensed architects who work daily with a multitude of clients and have an indepth knowledge of building codes, technology and the art of building. We utilize a design process that involves the client in the decision making to obtain by in on the proposed design and as we develop the design we estimate the cost of the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Single Family Homes
Interview the client to see what they require, ie bedrooms, kitchen, garage, etc.
Ask them to provide photos of what they like.
Prepare designs in sketch form
Meet with the client to obtain on the design
Revise the design to reflect client input
When design concess is reached we enter design concept into the computer
This process is repeated until we have drafted plans and elevations. At this point we prepare a rendering, cost estimate and obtain any relief from the muncipality that is required.
Prepare construction drawings
Provide final bid
Construct.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field of Architecture since 1979 and obtained licensing to practice in 1988 and NCARB certification in 1992. NCARB allows me to practice anywhere in the USA and Canada.
I earned the following degrees.
· Bachelor in Architecture from the Boston Architectural College;
· Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art with concentration in design and:
· Associate in Architectural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Architects base fees for services based on billable hourly rates or a percentage of construction costs.
Construction fees are estimated by the job. dak estimates our cost of materials and labor for each project.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always designed and built things since a youth so this has been a life long passion of mine.

My client base is as diverse as our practice and includes: Contractors, Developers, Entrepreneurs, Homeowners, Local and State Government, Property Managers, Religious Congregations and Retailors.
