What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk about the project and their goals on the phone, schedule a site visit to look at the space, provide a proposal for work to be done, have the customer sign the contract and pay deposit and then schedule the painting.

How did you get started in this business?
Painting with my father in high school. I gained alot of knowledge and really enjoyed doing it. He went on to do insulation and I continued painting and sometimes we are lucky to work on the same job together.

All different customers. I have painted 100's of homes and do well with customer service.
