I have been selling the seacoast since 2006, and I love making the human connection with my clients. Helping people sell their homes, and get through many emotional ups and downs through the process, is my favorite part of this career. Our team prides ourselves on making connections with our clients, and many become friends when the transaction is over. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet face to face to discuss all of our customers wants and needs. From there we formulate a plan to help them get top dollar for their home, or help them find a new home with the best value.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in customer service since 1994, and I know how to work with many different personalities. In this industry, it is crucial to know your audience, and recognize how to handle multiple personalities at once to keep things moving in a forward direction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't believe in a standard pricing system. Every home, and every client's situation is unique, and I believe pricing is something that is discussed and decided on an individual basis.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always had an interest in real estate. I love home styles, interior designs, landscaping plans, and all of the things that make a house a home.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with first time buyers, sellers, relocating customers, FHA buyers, VA buyers, luxury buyers and sellers, waterfront buyers and sellers, and commercial buyers.

There are so many amazing recent events in the Seacoast area! Some of my favorites are:

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to hire a full time agent that is part of a team. A team will always out perform the single agent.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should think about their motivation to buy and/or sell. Knowing "why" they want to move is going to be the driving force throughout the transaction. Next they should focus on the "where". Once you have the "why" and the "where", you will be on your way!
