Purchasing or selling real estate with me as your agent starts with an interview to benefit all parties. The client/customers has a chance to ask me questions and get to know me. The same goes for me.
The next step is to establish the wants and needs of the client/customer. For buyers I have a questionaire to fill out. It helps me to focus in what they are looking for and if it is within their means. With sellers there are also questions that will let me know their motivation and needs.
The next step with sellers is a tour of the property and creating a marketing analysis and marketing plan. The value of the home or land is not discussed until the report is presented to the potential client. A meeting is set up and the report and plan presented. There is no charge to the client/customer for any of these services.
Buyers are asked to provide a pre-approval for the amount they are looking to invest in their future. The pre-approval is a tool that will helpm them in negotiations if we find a home that works for them. If they do not have 1 I will provide the name of various lenders who can assist them. Then it is time to work with the compauter to find a new home.
