Make notes of question prior to contact. Ask EVERY question that comes to mind! Require seeing examples or recommendations, OTHER THAN Facebook comments. If answer to ANY question is "no" ask "WHY?" Does response make sense? If permitted to speak to employees, ask their opinion of business and it's operation. Shop price and quality. TRUST. YOUR. GUT.

Distinct needs, expectations - realistic or not!- time frame, cost limitations, value for dollar, refund policy, Staff qualifications and months/years on the job. Degree of owner involvement.
