The facility was clean enough for an establishment of its age and the owner greeted me and was really friendly.
I was asked for payment and tipped the young lady that was there when i arrived to pick up my dog PRIOR to seeing her. I will never use Bittersweet Kennels as a grooming service again. They did a terrible job groming my Maltese. I was horrified.
