What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every appointment we take a moment to conversation about the pets needs and owners goals.
*For example a matted coat may initially need to be taken short for comfort or dematted, which with time and advise home care be followed we can get your pet on track for the desire look the owner wishes to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My primary education started with Graduated Grooming School in NH, AKC Safety Certified, Skin & Coat Certification, Salon Sanitation Certification and Pet First Aid Certification. From there I have branches into numerous other courses including Equine Bemer (PEMF) and animal bodyworks.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our standard pricing starts by the breed (mixed breed size and coat type) of the pet. From there price may incrementally increase due to additional labor (behavioral issues, shedding/packed/matted coat etc.) that is needed. Standard haircut package for dog/cats include bath, drying, nail trim and ear cleaning. Bath packages will be the same excluding the haircut. For an extra $5 nail filing and $5 external anal gland release.
