What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with new customers is usually over the phone. I like to get a quick synopsis of their motivation for selling or buying. This helps me to determine what their needs are. It could be an emotional move, a move due to job relocation or just that its time for a change. Once I have a good picture, I explain the process of buying or selling and I let them know I will be repeating alot of that information as we move thru the process. If they are a buyer, I will add them to my mls. If they are a seller, I will do a market analysis for them.

Licensed Real Estatse Salesperson in the state of Massachusetts.
What types of customers have you worked with?
First time buyers, First time Sellers, Repeat Sellers, Miliatry Families, Relocation Specialist, Renters.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a woman contact me that was in a bad situation with a boyfriend and needed help with finding an apartment. She has a 9 year old son that lived with her and the boyfriend as well as her disabled elderly mom. After finding out her motivation, which was the boyfriend had gotten involved with drugs, she wanted to move out of his house quickly. I asked her why would she not buy a house as her mortgage payments would be approximately the same as rent. I also explained to her, she would be more likely to get the type of home that she needed for her disabled mom, and there was talk of wanting a dog. She didnt think she would qualify. We just closed on a house that not only has the extra full bathroom on the first floor for her mom, but she now has a beautiful little yard with a pear tree full in bloom with pears, a 2 car garage and an above the ground swimming pool. At closing her mortgage her final mortgage monthly payment was approx 1600.00 per month. She is over the moon.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a full time Realtor such as myself. Someone who does this part time, I am told from past clients, that was exactly the type of assistance they received.
